Our Valentine's Day dinner found by me from "The Feed Zone" cyclist cookbook, prepared mostly by Natalie. It was yummy!
The pasta above was served on a bed of mixed greens. Fettuccine noodles with walnuts, blue cheese crumbles, parsley, olive oil and lemon juice.
We also had these Sweet Potato cakes. They have a little cube of swiss cheese pressed into the middle of them. They were kind of sweet, and very delicious!
For dessert we had white chocolate fondue with strawberries and Oreos. Fantastic way to finish off the evening!
