This past Saturday Cayle and I headed to a local elementary school to participate in a community service day. It's called Serve Now Serve together and is a community wide service event to make the community a better place. We wanted to get the kids involved, as well as volunteer some of our time. Unfortunately Lindy Leighn wasn't feeling the best, so Natalie had to stay home with her. So off Cayle and I went with our shovels to do some ground work/school yard maintenance.
The job of the day was putting in new landscaping on the side of the building. New bushes and flowers. Cayle and I spent a couple hours digging holes and planting plants. He loved it! I loved watching him work and get so into it. Everyone loved seeing him and his mini shovel.
